Welcome to Sankt Dankt, the donation platform of the Diocese of St. Pölten.

Our mission is to raise funds for important projects in Lower Austria that are based on the fundamental values of the Catholic Church. Our first major project is dedicated to the renovation of the cathedral in St. Pölten, one of the landmarks of Lower Austria's capital city. The cathedral is known for its magnificent baroque interior, but a closer look reveals serious damage. A high-calibre board of trustees decided to start the comprehensive restoration and founded the Association for the Promotion of St. Pölten Cathedral. This restoration project, which is scheduled to take several years, aims to renovate and preserve St. Pölten's oldest church step by step.

In the future, further important projects will be added to our platform to support the region and its cultural treasures. Help us to realise these valuable initiatives and preserve the cultural and spiritual heritage of Lower Austria.
