{"id":940,"date":"2025-11-17T10:08:29","date_gmt":"2025-11-17T08:08:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sankt-dankt.at\/?p=940"},"modified":"2026-03-17T10:58:54","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T08:58:54","slug":"wine-baptism-my-dom-wine-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sankt-dankt.at\/en\/news\/weintaufe-mein-dom-wein-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Wine christening \"My Dom Wine\" 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<section id='lightpress__section--block_2dd9c4dad7bd1d8b2879f88a000c2964' class='lightpress__section--default-section-space lightpress__section lightpress__section--wysiwyg' data-scroll-section><div class=\"wysiwyg-columns wysiwyg-columns-- wysiwyg-columns--1\">\n            <div class=\"wysiwyg-columns__content\" data-aos=\"fade-right\"\n             data-aos-once=\"true\">\n                            <p>On the feast of St Martin, 11 November 2025, Diocesan Bishop Alois Schwarz ceremoniously christened the new vintage called \u201eMein Dom Wein\u201c at the Dockner winery in H\u00f6benbach im Kremstal.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dockner.at\/\"><strong>Winery Dockner<\/strong><\/a> used the wine baptism not only to present a new wine, but also combined it with a charitable cause in favour of the renovation of the <strong>St P\u00f6lten Cathedral<\/strong>: The proceeds from the bottles go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/sankt-dankt.at\/en\/\"><strong>Sankt Dankt Donation Association<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After a guided tour of the cellar, the <strong>Blessing <\/strong>and <strong>Baptism <\/strong>of the wine through\u00a0<strong>Patrick Sch\u00f6der<\/strong>, Abbot of G\u00f6ttweig Abbey. As <strong>Godparents <\/strong>functioned <strong>Mayor of Sankt P\u00f6lten Matthias Stadler<\/strong> and <strong>Diocesan Bishop Alois Schwarz<\/strong>.
